User Service Agreement

Welcome to the 秒稿AI App (hereinafter the "App"). This Agreement is an agreement between you and the 秒稿AI App (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our"). Please read it carefully before use. By using the App, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Content

The App provides AI-based content creation services such as copywriting generation and image processing. We may update, adjust, or suspend certain features as needed.

2. Account and Use

  1. You shall provide accurate information when registering, keep your account secure, and be responsible for activities under your account.
  2. You shall bear the device and network costs required to use the App.

3. Credits and Payment

  1. The App uses a credit system, and certain features consume credits. New users may receive a certain amount of complimentary credits.
  2. Membership subscriptions and credit purchases are completed through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP), and prices are subject to those displayed in the App.
  3. Subscriptions will renew automatically; you may manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law or Apple policy, consumed credits and virtual benefits are generally non-refundable.

4. Code of User Conduct (Important)

You undertake not to use the App to engage in any of the following conduct; otherwise we have the right to suspend or terminate the service:

  1. Entering or generating content that violates laws and regulations, endangers national security, involves violence or pornography, or infringes upon the rights of others;
  2. Uploading images or materials to which you do not hold lawful rights;
  3. Using the App to engage in fraud, harassment, the dissemination of false information, and similar conduct;
  4. Attacking, scraping, abusing, or circumventing the App's restrictions through technical means.

Zero-tolerance policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content (including but not limited to pornographic, violent, illegal, and infringing content) and any abusive behavior. Upon discovering any violation, we have the right to remove the relevant content without prior notice and, depending on the severity, to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, with no refund for consumed benefits.

To maintain a healthy environment, we have content safety filtering mechanisms in place for user input. If you find any objectionable or non-compliant generated content, you may report it to us via the "Report" function in the upper-right corner of the content detail page, and we will verify and handle it within 24 hours.

5. Statement on AI-Generated Content

  1. The generated results of the App are produced automatically by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content, and are for reference only.
  2. You shall exercise independent judgment and necessary verification of the generated content, and shall be responsible for its use (including external publication, commercial use, etc.).
  3. AI-generated content will be marked with an "AI-generated" label in accordance with applicable rules.
  4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to use content lawfully generated; however, you may not use the generated content for illegal or infringing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the App and its interface, trademarks, code, and the like belong to us. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or absolutely error-free.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure, failures of third-party services (including AI model service providers), your non-compliant use, and the like.

8. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

We may amend this Agreement from time to time, and material changes will be notified by means such as in-app notifications. Your continued use will be deemed acceptance. You may stop using the App and deactivate your account at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). In the event of a dispute, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court in the location of the App's operator.
