The 秒稿AI App (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our") attaches great importance to your personal information and the protection of your privacy. This Policy explains how the 秒稿AI App (hereinafter the "App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. Please read and understand this Policy carefully before using the App.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: the email address you provide when registering/logging in (or the identifier obtained through Sign in with Apple).
- Content you submit: the text you enter and the images you upload, used to generate copy or process images.
- Usage information: credit consumption records, generation history, operation logs, device model, system version, crash logs, etc.
- Payment information: subscriptions and credit purchases are completed through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not have access to your payment credentials such as bank card details, and only receive the transaction results returned by Apple.
- Push identifier: after you enable notifications, we collect the Device Token issued by the Apple Push Notification service (APNs), used solely to send you messages such as check-in reminders and event notifications; you may turn off notifications at any time in your system settings.
We will not collect information unrelated to the provision of services, nor will we collect sensitive personal information (unless required to implement a feature and with your separate consent).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and improve core features such as copywriting generation and image processing;
- To calculate and manage your credits and subscriptions;
- To save your generation history for you to view (you may delete it at any time);
- To ensure security, troubleshoot faults, and prevent abuse;
- To send notifications with your consent.
3. Special Notice Regarding AI Processing
- To implement copywriting and image generation features, the text/images you enter are transmitted via encryption to the model interfaces of third-party AI service providers for real-time processing.
- The third-party AI service providers we integrate with include Volcano Engine (Doubao / Ark), Zhipu AI, Alibaba Cloud (Tongyi Wanxiang), Anthropic, and others (subject to the service providers actually enabled at present), and the relevant data transmission is governed by their respective privacy terms.
- AI-generated content is produced automatically by models and may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate content. Generated content will be marked with an "AI-generated" label; we have content safety filtering in place for user input, and you may also report inappropriate content. For details, see the User Service Agreement.
- We will not use your input content to train our own AI models; your content is only transmitted to the above service providers for processing when providing you with the current generation service. The third-party service providers' use of data is governed by their respective privacy terms.
4. Storage and Protection of Information
- Storage location: data for users in mainland China is stored on cloud servers within China.
- Retention period: retained for the period necessary to provide you with services; after you deactivate your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
- Security measures: we adopt measures such as encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access control to protect your information.
5. Information Sharing
Except in the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with third parties:
- Transmitting necessary data to the above model service providers in order to implement AI features;
- With your explicit consent;
- As required by laws and regulations or lawfully required by competent authorities.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, deactivate your account, and withdraw your consent. You may delete generation records in "History" within the App; if you wish to permanently deactivate your account and delete all related data, you may do so on a self-service basis within the App via "Me → Settings → Account Management → Deactivate Account", which is an irreversible operation. You may also exercise other rights through the contact information below.
7. Protection of Minors
The App is primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor, please use it under the guidance of a guardian, and have your guardian agree to this Policy.
8. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or other prominent means.
